This project involved creating an 11-acre campus and developing the initial 33,000 square foot classroom, clinic and administrative building to support education programs in acupuncture, natural medicine, and other healing arts. Tai Sophia Institute is the national leader for education in complimentary and alternative medicine.

At Synthesis, our project management services included managing the feasibility study, the space programming, master planning, and building design processes; and negotiating the land lease and building lease/purchase agreements with the developer.
