This two-story, 33,000 square foot, state-of-the-art medical facility is the first phase of a campus designed for University of Maryland Medical School faculty and community physicians to work collaboratively in delivering primary, specialty, and diagnostic care.

At Synthesis, our responsibilities included managing project feasibility, master planning, design of the building shell and interior fit-out; installation of specialized medical and diagnostic equipment, and leasing space to community physicians.
