Kernan Physical Therapy at Timonium is an affiliate of Kernan Hospital and University of Maryland Orthopedic and Sports Medicine.

This integrated 18,000 s.f. state-of-the-art facility supports orthopedic, physical therapy and sports medicine and fitness services provided by University Physicians and Kernan Physical Therapists.

At Synthesis, our project management responsibilities included feasibility studies, site selection, lease negotiations, selection of the design team, the design and construction process, and specification, procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment.
