This 11,000 square foot building is home to 16 residents
who are challenged by chronic or age-related health
problems. The facility's light, open interconnected
courtyard and interior gathering, dining, and food
preparation areas encourage interaction that supports
therapeutic programs for the residents and other clients
who come in for daytime programs.
At Synthesis, our project management services included
managing the feasibility study, site acquisition, project
financing, selection of the design team and general
contractor, the design and construction process, the
site and building permit process, and coordinating the
specification,
procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures and
equipment.
