This
82,000 square foot project included adding 42,000
square feet of new exhibit space, a new entrance lobby,
a new group and member's entrance, and renovation of
40,000 square feet of existing exhibit, office, restaurant
and support
space.
Very
exciting.
The new and renovated areas are designed to support
state-of-the-art permanent and temporary interactive
exhibits. A great addition to Baltimore's Inner Harbor.
At Synthesis, our project management services included
conducting a constructability review, managing the final
design and specifications, performing value engineering,
negotiating the GMAX construction contract, managing
the construction process, and coordinating procurement
and installation of exhibits and other furniture,
fixtures and equipment.
