This is a 33,000 square foot
state-of-the-art cultural arts center providing support
for a full range of visual and performing arts. The facility
features three professional-level performance spaces,
art studios, meeting rooms, and an art gallery.
At Synthesis, we provided project development management
services. We managed the selection of the general contractor,
the design and construction process and the site and
building permit process. We handled coordination with
the private developer of the area surrounding the site,
and we managed the specification, procurement and installation
of all furniture,
fixtures and equipment, including
special theatrical lighting and sound systems and seating.
