This award-winning project involved the restoration of
a 30-acre site along with the construction of a 40,000
square foot office and education facility and covered
parking. The
facility supports administrative and education
programs and serves as a model of sustainable design.
Our project management services included
managing site feasibility analysis, selection of the
design team, the design and construction process, the
site and building permit process, and specification,
procurement, and installation of all furniture, fixtures
and equipment.
We're proud that the project was the first to receive
the LEED™ Platinum Certification Award from the
US Green Building Council in 2000 and was selected
as one
of the
top ten work places in the world by Architectural Record/Business
Week in 2001.
