12 hydroelectric facilities and all related construction/renovation
projects. Planned and developed 25,000 square foot corporate
office and commercial building on Main Street in Annapolis.
Responsible for programming, budgeting, design management
of architects, engineers and interior designers, permitting,
selection of materials of construction, contract negotiations,
interior build-out, and leasing. |

consulting practice specializing in the development,
design, construction, troubleshooting and performance
improvement of buildings and energy producing facilities.
Qualified as expert witness in judicial proceedings.
Worked on a project-by-project basis with energy production
companies and consulting engineering groups in both domestic
and international sectors. Designed and constructed a
utility connected photovoltaic power plant on the eastern
shore of Maryland, developed two hydroelectric plants
in New York, provided consulting services for US AID
funded 200 kW solar powered ice making plant in Egypt. |

cost estimating, design, implementation, and specification.
Directed a professional staff of 25. Responsible for

drawing review, commissioning, and punch-out. Projects
included mechanical, HVAC, energy, and electrical systems
for commercial, institutional and governmental facilities. |
