Oversight responsibility
for all of Synthesis' real estate development management
projects, and lead responsibility for managing certain
projects from initial involvement through completion.
Project responsibilities include managing site acquisition,
planning, feasibility analysis, scheduling, budgeting,
financing, design, permitting, and construction, to projects
of non-profit, institutional and commercial clients.
Synthesis has managed the development of 22 office, education,
health, religious,
assisted living and cultural projects for a wide range
of institutional clients including the University of
Maryland Medical System, the Chesapeake Bay Foundation,
several Episcopal Parishes, and the Maryland Science
Center. |

Lead responsibility within
a commercial real estate development company for all
aspects — land acquisition, financing, design,
construction, leasing — of numerous speculative
office and warehouse buildings and the development of
build-to-suit
office
buildings including a 65,000 square foot medical office
facility. |

|
Overall responsibility for
development and operation of BWI and Martin State Airports,
including development of BWI's $19 million Piedmont (now
USAir) Passenger Hub in seven months, and re-establishment
of scheduled transatlantic passenger service. Also, developed
BWI Foreign Trade Zone, General Aviation Facility and
Amtrak Rail Station. |

Designed 200,000 s.f. public
works complex and 90-unit apartment building. Reviewed
